Manager is so rude, most people would rather drive 20 miles to a different store, than have to deal with her. Everyone I know that has tried to reach her superior or any other managers, has failed at any attempt. I've personally waited on hold for two hours, calling a corporate number she gave me. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Very clean and the cashiers are super friendly! They have most of what we need. Now, if only The Family Dollar could figure out a way to bring in some fresh produce then we'd be set! (Hint hint... someone bring in a produce store soon!)

I was just telling my grandson what I thought about this store in my town of Granite as to the blessing having this store. You couldn't ask for a friendly group of people to work there and I'm amazed at the selection of products offered here. Satisfied customers always

I love having a family dollar in such a small town however the General Manager makes it very difficult to want to continue doing business there.The first time I had problems with Mrs. Mendoza was over 5 months ago. I had a loadable credit card that I had purchased from there and ask to load money on it so she did. I had forgotten I would need to put more on to cover another bill and she said she couldnt because it would be money laundering. Although I was mad. I told her she was wrong and left it at that and left the store. The second problem with Mrs. Mendoza was not a transaction with me but with a local resident that I unfortunately had to witness. She buys cards for her grandson for wi-fi for gaming. She had purchased a $100 card and was in the store expaining to Mrs Mendoza that the card she just purchased didn't work and was asking for help. Mrs Mendoza told her "I dont know what to tell you" very rudely and walked away. The third time I had a problem with Mrs Mendoza. I was told about a phone on sale for a promotion by a friend who is an employee there. I drove up to buy it and I was told that the General Manager is buying it for herself and has it behind the counter. The employee told me to come back tomorrow to see if I could buy it because it was still in the system when she scanned it. I returned early the next morning and a manager named Darlene said that the phone is still there but it's being held for Evette. According to an employee that still works there the phone is still behind the counter today. Mrs Mendoza is the worst customer service representative I have ever witnessed. As a Financial Analyst I strongly advise the corperate office of family dollar to investigate how she deals with all guest on a day to day basis. I would be very disappointed to lose such wonderful convenience for our town due to very poor customer service.
