Tonight I overheard the store manager talking and using foul language and I have a recording of me addressing her. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed. She is horrible and rude. This lady needs to be gone. She has a very bad attitude and lack of customer service. Customers here in grandfield work and some get off late so therefore the shop at night. Again I have a recording of my confrontation with store manager. Also it is common sense that employees do not park by front door. They always park away so that customers can have access to the business. Below you will see the picture of the yellow car of the store manager parked right up front until I told her she needed to move it.

At this time, I cannot in good conscience recommend my hometowns Dollar General. The current manager has caused more harm than good and is running the store into the ground. My hometown doesn’t have much and this store is something most residents were proud of. At this rate, it won’t be long before it becomes a dump. The manager has run off faithful customers and has attempted to tarnish the reputation of an outstanding employee. There’s a high probability that this gets swept under the rug (we all know how corporations work,) but it would be nice if corporate would take a look into the manager at the Grandfield, OK location before she does anymore damage. I’ll gladly change my recommendation after some positive improvements have been made.
