Wades RV of Goldsby is a pretty good RV dealership , can’t say anything about RV sales because I purchased my motorhome at the Bixby location in which I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, they are a typical dealership with no reguard to customer’s at all. Just be ware if you’re in the market for a RV.

Great experience all around from the salesman (James), the finance department, all the way through the walk through! Would recommend Wades EV in Goldsby over and over again!

If you want professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable folks to help you with your RV then go to Wade’s in Goldsby. Jared the general manager introduced me to all the department managers and was a pleasure to meet! I also store my RV at Southwest storage on the south side of Wade’s, excellent service there as well. I’ve had two minor issues in the past 6 months and the service department helped me get both issues resolved in a matter of minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to Wade’s RV with any issues.

We had a pretty long list of things to repair on our King Aire, and Wades took care of every thing they could do. We had 3 things that will have to be performed at a Spartan repair facility at a later date. Wades noticed some hydraulic oil leaks that we were not aware of, and took care of them also .They have great people in their service department, and they will communicate with you in a professional manner. Rita, Kelley, Sherry, and Mike know my voice when I call!We are very pleased and will be back when we need repairs again.Doug and Dana Hibbs

These guys are great!! We stopped in to see if they could look at out travel trailer blinker which was not working. We had previously stopped at 2 other RV shops when we left OKC. One told us they could give us an appointment in January and the other said it was the light itself but he didn’t have it in stock. The service guys came right out and immediately realized it was a connection issue at the plug-in. They got it working and showed my husband how to fix it if it happened again. They said we owed them nothing for their help. But we ended up needing a new electrical cord and surge protector anyways so they helped us get what we needed. Kenneth was a great help for the new supplies. He has a sense of humor and patience working to get our military discount for us. Thank you all for going above and beyond to help us get back on the road with a working blinker! I appreciate your professionalism.

Sherry was a dream to work with!! She listened to all of my concerns seriously, explained in detail what they had found and did her best to keep me updated as my camper was being worked on. She’s definitely one of the best customer service persons in this line of work and I’d recommend her to all of my vintage camper friends.

I am new to RVing and had a problem. It was not charging while I was plugged in. She told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. They came out looked it over a little bit, he said, I think I know what it is. He pulled off an access panel and climbed in. He changed out two fuses that had blown on the converter. He threw her back together. They answered some questions I had. Because I read through the owners manual, “and it is exactly that a manual that you own not much help”. Quick as a wink I was on my way.They are very nice and helpful there.

From stepping foot in the door at the Goldsby location it was polite, professional and excellent service. I told them what I was looking for size, weight and price range and they were able to show me several on their lot. Picked up a Coachmen from them and there was no Hassel, no gimmicks. Due to my truck not having any tow equipment installed on it, got the parts and installation done there as well, everything went smooth. I can surely say all the staff at Wade's Rv of Goldsby love their job and love what they do. It's not work to them. It's helping people make their rv camping goals a reality. I highly recommend Wade's Rv of Goldsby.

We can not say enough positive things about this dealership and their service department. They worked us in when we had some issues with our Motorhome and between the quality of technicians and the front staff willingness to help us out we left there feeling like family and the goat roping entertainment was FREE! The sales person we spoke with didn't really show us what we wanted to see but showed us what he thought we needed or what he wanted to show. 3 stars because I'm still interested in visiting the Glenpool location -they have more of a selection then goldsby. I did not feel like my needs were adequately met.

Last week we purchased a new Class C RV from Wade's and we can highly recommend them for all your RV needs. Gary our sales guy was nopressure and listened to our needs. Adam in finance made the process a breeze. Rita the receptionist is a gem. Sherry in service was patient with us being new buyers. 2 individuals stood out. Kenneth in sales was informative and honestly made us feel we'd known him our whole lives. Davey in service made sure we were confident before driving off and really listened to our concerns.A week later we had to return for a small issue and Mike was amazing!!Never go anywhere else for a RV!!The Carsons

Absolutely the worst customer service experience at Wade’s RV Goldsby, OK I have ever experienced anywhere! How in the H... they have a 4.8 reviews. Uhm..... thinking fake. Check BBB. From day 1 of delivery date of my brand new 2022 RV. They made us wait for over 6 hrs. Claiming they heard a noise in 1 of the slides. I think they thought my friend who was shopping around might buy an RV from them. After that, I continued to have multiple issues with my brand new 2022 RV, some were life threatening issues (3 awning bolts completely pull out) they showed no concern at all. Each time ( 6 total) I brought it in for warranty work they did not update me on the status, they would not return my calls, they kept it for months at a time. When I finally did get someone to update me, they made excuses and left me hanging again. When they finally would tell me it was ready. I would have to arrange for a ride, travel 32 miles one way for 35 minutes, pay tolls, pay gas, and pay for the ride. Upon arrival each time I got there the work was incomplete. One time my RV was a total mess, dirt, wood particles, hand prints, etc. inside. The last time I last time I summited a warranty claim (Jan 2023) they told me everything was approved, but asked me to wait a couple of weeks to bring it in. I brought it on 8 Feb 2023. I called multiple times with a promise from Wade's employees of a call me back. I never got one. Then I get an email from the service dept. on 14 May 2023 advising me that the decals that were coming off and the painting of scratch made by the awning separating from the RV was not covered by the warranty. They wanted to pay them over $155 to fix warranty work!!! They didn't even have the decency to call me. Just sent an email. If it was just one incident I could understand mistakes happen, but every single time? NO WAY!!! The very last time I went there I didn't give them any notice. I just wanted my RV back so I could use it or sell it and stop wasting my money and time. While talking with Sherry, Wade's Service manager, I noticed a man standing there smiling at us, but not saying anything. Then he walked away. I asked them who he was. They said that is Randy Sloan he is basically the CEO over all of the stores. Really? He never even asked what was going on. There is more, but this should get the point across. I almost most filed a legal suit against them. They just wore me down. Unbelievable, horrible customer service. I don't know how they are still in business.
