Their truck drivers are the WORST!!! They will flat out run you over and keep on going! I can’t even begin to count how many times their drivers have cut me off with inches to spare, simply because they don’t even know what basic roads manners are. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND RETRAINED!

They have had my package for 7 days, just sitting at their warehouse in Tulsa. Then all of a sudden at the end of the day today, when they are supposed to be delivering it, they say the package is damaged and they can't deliver it. When I called, a supervisor said they refused it when they got it a week ago because it was delivered to them damaged. But they didn't say it was damaged until today. The supervisor changed her story several times during the call, and her excuses and blaming of other companies were ridiculous and completely unbelievable.

Helped with an accident on a local highway. They had to shut down lanes and was able to leave 11ft for traffic from the cable barrier and the cone marking the tractor truck that was wrecked in the road.3 XPO trucks and trailers wouldn’t slow down to pass at all. OHP stated one went through at 62 with people trying to work the scene.

Driver ran a forklift into the back of my husbands 2022 Chevrolet 2500. Provided bogus insurance information. I have tried for the past two months to get a call back.

Had a delivery scheduled from Georgia to Tulsa, showed up several days late. Once they arrived the driver didn’t seem to want to pull the product off of his truck as it was heavy. I asked him what the plan was and he simply closed the door and threatened to take our delivery without giving a reason. Told him we just needed him to unload the truck and he refused. Had to get his supervisor to drive across town to make him drop the delivery and took over 2 hours to resolve. The truck was literally backed into a bay while I was sitting on forklift to help unload and he simply refused, just to try and be spiteful for us asking what the plan was. Entire interaction is on audio/video and all around at a loss for words on how their driver had no accountability to his company and/or their customers. Being as this delivery was time sensitive, I’d never allow this company to carry out another delivery and will have to specifically make sure they are never hired by our vendors going forward. Beware…

We had a great experience with XPO. I work in logistics and more often than not, there are customers who find something to complain about. I cannot say enough great things about this encounter. No damages at all, tracking was high tech and very simple to navigate. I had to call a few times regarding my appointment and everyone I spoke with were very kind. The delivery guys were great. They called 30 mins before arrival and were right on time. One guy didn't speak English so I tried my best at what little Spanish I know to make him feel comfortable. This was during a time i needed to provide instructions on were to drop my items and he was feeling bad that he didnt understand me. They both got a GREAT laugh!! They were very appreciative. A little kindness goes a long way.

Office staff is very friendly but their operations management is horrible and their leadership struggles because of the managers they have in place currently.

Nice folks but extremely slow to unload an outside carrier. I had a noon appointment. Checked in just after 10:30am. Had to drop trailer and leave. He said to check back in 90 minutes. Gave it 2 hours and my trailer hadn’t been touched yet. Had dispatch call and they immediately put my trailer in a dock but still took another 90 minutes. I had 21 John Deere lawnmowers and they could’ve had me unloaded in 15 minutes. There’s no excuse especially when the customer is a logistics company as big as XPO. They know how valuable a driver’s time is. They know the driver is coming so they should have someone available to unload a trailer immediately.
