I had work done at the Goldsby location in the Spring on a NuCamp Tab 320S and they did a great job. My only problem is, I call them a couple of days ago and asked for Sherry as she seems to be the NuCamp knowledge. Receptionist said I can't speak with Sherry, I have to speak with Kelly in service first. Kelly was very nice, but admitted she didn't know a lot about a NuCamp and would have Sherry call me. I get a call back and it's Kelly saying Sherry wouldn't discuss anything with me over the phone for liability reasons and I would have to come in. I'm an hour and a half away and that seems a little lazy and ridiculous for me to have to haul my camper there for a simple winterization question. It honestly makes me want to never come back to Wades again. If Sherry is not willing to hop on the phone and speak with NuCamp customers, can you hire somebody that can?

Went in asking for information for my sister’s Tesla hook up and Maggie was able to help us out. Great customer service and very friendly staff!

The worse customer service imaginable. We bought an overpriced trailer from them & now that we are selling it they wouldn't even give us a fair offer, didn't even take our trailer into consideration just what the base model was which ours is far more loaded than that. We're rude about it also. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Wades RV is amazing. We traveled from Minnesota, not knowing if the dealership was honest concerning an RV they were selling. After a 10 hour drive to Oklahoma we arrived to an amazing experience…the team of people that helped us along with the owner….we can’t say enough about how happy we are with the RV they provided and the service. This is our first motorhome and Wade & team recognized this and dedicate the time and resources to make for an unbelievable experience. We will have no problem making this trip again for our next RV.

My gf has a t shirt she bought from a vintage store of your business it’s her favourite top, we’re from the uk we were both pleasantly surprised to see it’s a real place, easily a 5 star review for the T-shirt alone!!

DON'T BUY ANY RV FROM THEM WITH A CARRIER AIR CONDITIONER CARRIER BURNT DOWN IN 2007 AND YOU CANNOT GET ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR A CARRIER AIR CONDITIONER FOR AN RV AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS AND THEY DO NOT DO A THOROUGH CHECK ON THE RV BEFORE SELLING IT!!!!!

As always, we were greeted with smiles, courtesy, and professionalism. We took our camper for a new water pump, and we fully expected it would be there a week or so. Nope! We came home with it the same day.

Work was done quickly but maybe a phone call about the things not covered under warranty when they call to let you know your rv is ready to pick up.

Update to my "Buyer Beware!" Review Shortly after I posted this review, the owner of Wade's RV reached out to me to apologize, get more details about what happened and committed to making things right. Even though Wade's is a family owned dealership, he let me know that my review was the first time he learned of the issue and admitted things slipped through the cracks in a couple areas. The 20 minute conversation was professional, non-confrontational and productive. He genuinely wanted my feedback and at no time did he ask me to delete or change my review. You can learn a lot about people in the way they handle problems and I now feel so much better about my purchase from Wade's.
