The wife and I were just looking around to possibly upgrade from our 2004 Keystone Cougar and ran into Brent. He showed us around and we looked into several different models but ultimately didn't find what we were looking for, however, the professionalism and courtesy extended to us by him were greatly appreciated. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and valued without feeling pressured to buy.

We have had a nightmare!!! We were purchasing a motorhome that was used and was told we could pick up in 3 days because it was going to be checked from end to end we were told. When we called several times to make arrangements to pickup but it wouldn’t start and nobody had even looked at it… 2 week later and numerous phone calls that were not returned we finally got a time to pick up at 9:00 am. We are there sharp and had to wait forever then finally doing our walk through and slide out was not working properly. We sat in motorhome for 5 hours while service guys tried to work on it. Which was very kind but was not able to get fixed without ordering yet another part. Then we test drive it and get stranded on side of the road!!!! Engine temp spiked because we were told there was no coolant in it. A very nice man came to pick us up and said they would do anything to make this better but didn’t offer anything except to fix it…. No reimbursement for the insurance we carried on it for the 2 weeks they had it, we were 3 hours away which they knew no offer for gas, dang not even lunch while we waited… We didn’t even see the salesman until the test drive and then he wouldn’t even make eye contact with us…
Needless to say we canceled our deal and won’t be back!

Extremely happy with Wade’s. We purchased our Newmar New Aire from Wade’s last fall. We are here from Wisconsin this week for some service. Sales and service at Wade’s won’t disappoint. We wish we were closer so we could have all of our service done here! Entire business is a “class act”! Thank you so much! Lori and Craig

We went to both the Norman and the Glenpool Wade’s RV and we were treated with respect at both places. We did a bit of homework before we went but, they did not disappoint. They were forthcoming about each rv we looked into and were never flippant or pushy. So far they have earned our business fairly. Good people!

We had went somewhere else very bad customer service and knowledge. Went to Wade's. Charlie was our salesman, he was great, very knowledgeable and awesome customer service.
I highly recommend Charlie.

The sales staff was good. But from our experience do not trust their service center. They worked on our Wildcat rv on the propane lines and to made a long story short our new Wildcat blew up thanks to the good lord I was not hurt real bad

I had work done at the Goldsby location in the Spring on a NuCamp Tab 320S and they did a great job. My only problem is, I call them a couple of days ago and asked for Sherry as she seems to be the NuCamp knowledge. Receptionist said I can't speak with Sherry, I have to speak with Kelly in service first. Kelly was very nice, but admitted she didn't know a lot about a NuCamp and would have Sherry call me. I get a call back and it's Kelly saying Sherry wouldn't discuss anything with me over the phone for liability reasons and I would have to come in. I'm an hour and a half away and that seems a little lazy and ridiculous for me to have to haul my camper there for a simple winterization question. It honestly makes me want to never come back to Wades again. If Sherry is not willing to hop on the phone and speak with NuCamp customers, can you hire somebody that can?
