“This experience was even better than I expected. First they purchased one of our older cars for very fair price. Then we had a car shipped in ($100) but I didn’t have any issues with that cost. We were so excited to get this car. However, after we drive it a few miles and 7 days later, I was not happy with my choice.
Reluctantly I returned the car and expected some difficulty getting my money back. Thinking I’d be without a car for two weeks until I get the refund. But NO! Yes they would refund my money with no problem or IF I could find a car on the lot that we wanted we could do an exchange! WHAT? I was so happy because had found a couple of vehicles that we did like.
A few minutes later we drove off in another car and it is exactly what we wanted.
This experience was stress less on Carmax’s part. I stressed unnecessarily. I would highly recommend them. The experience was actually fun. ?”

“Harrison our service adviser took great care of getting things lined up and fixing our air conditioner fan and battery. This service was faster than trying to even schedule an appointment with Bill Knight Ford. I called there 4 weeks ago for the same issue and they couldn't get me in until 9/11 to diagnose it. Then it would have been a week plus for parts and service. I waited a week to determine what we were going to do with the vehicle. I called Riverside and was told it might be 3-5 days before diagnosis due to Labor Day. Dropped it off on Wednesday before the holiday. Harrison was back on Thursday and informed on timing to get it looked at. He got the vehicle in on Tuesday and we discussed issues. Parts ordered to be there by Wednesday and said you all would try to get it done by Friday. I missed his call around 11 AM Friday when the vehicle was ready. And like that it was in and done by you all even before the other dealer could see it. Great service by Riverside Ford”

“This is a great dealership the owner and is son have been so helpful and worked with me on several trucks I've purchased from them over the years. They are very honest, but I couldn't help but read these other reviews about her 19 yr old son bought a truck and it broke down 20 miles away, that would really suck but If this did happen I absolutely know the owners fixed the truck for the guy! There vehicles come from car auctions there is no telling where the vehicle is coming from but I am absolutely positive if there is a prob when they purchase the vehicle it is fixed properly! They have been a dealership in Sapulpa for over 25 years and they have a great reputation as I've bought 3 trucks from them and other family members have also all with no problems. I understand used vehicles aren't new vehicles water pumps, radiators, transmissions, etc. only last so many miles and eventually need to be replaced, as far as "Doctoring" vehicles to hide probs with there vehicles is just not true, out of all the vehicles from my personal knowledge over the years I have never had any issues!!”
