I asked her if she has cut fluffy hair before and she said she has for 33 years I told her what I wanted and she cut the hair super short and uneven layers I also have a bald spot by my ear.

Sorry but this place isn't as good as they use to be. THANKS for sending my husband home with Choppy hair, & Almost A Bald " haircut" .. definitely won't be back. It's like the 5th time now.

This was unfortunately one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. I asked for a simple mid fade and when I was finished there was no fade and nearly bald spots all around the sides of my head. I went to another barber immediately after and they told me it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen.
