I have never bought tires from Robertson Tires, but I will buy my next set of tires from them. I had a flat tire they said they would check all my tires. When I went to pick up my car they said I had a leak on my left rear tire and they fixed it; they also said my three other tires needed air. I asked how much I owed and they said nothing...I could not believe it. If they service tires that were not even bought at Robertson's then I can only imagine the service I would get if I bought my tires at Robertson's. Thank you so much. I will be a customer for life... Now it's been many months later and I had a blow out on the turnpike today. Guess where I had my car towed to you're right. I had them tow it to Robertson tire. Will they be surprised when they see my car in their parking lot monday morning....

Just wanted to express a sincere thank you to Robertson Tire. My 17 year old daughter was visiting friends in Tulsa (we live in Arkansas). She went to leave and her battery was dead. She got jumped at a gas station and drove to Auto Zone. Auto Zone refused to install a battery because they said she had an “add on” which covered her battery. There is no “add on” to her GMC. They would of course sell her battery and basically told her good luck. Wouldn’t help in any other way. She went to Robertson on advice from her friend’s mother and Robertson of course replaced the battery with no issue. Thank you.

Robertson Tire is the best place to get tires in the Tulsa area. They always provide the best and personal service. I had new tires installed and they checked the alignment and suspension to make sure there were no other issues. Thanks guys for the awesome job.

Why on earth would you tell someone “We can do that right now. Bring it on in.” Only to tell them upon arrival “We won’t be able to start that for 2.5 more hours.”?!?!?!? Professionalism much?? Customer service at all?????

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Robertson for a several years. Today, I stopped for a rotation and oil change and was reminded of why we brought our business here — the customer service is top notch. I’ve never felt taken advantage of, nor have I ever experienced an overzealous (i.e., pushy) salesperson at Robertson.

Folks, if you're a small business, hotshot, or just in need of automotive care come see "Lisa" @ Robertson here in GLENPOOL, USA. One quick phone call she had my 18ply trailer tires ready to be put on. She even allowed me to drop my trailer off for the installation! THANKYOU Robertson's for having LISA on the payroll, she is AWESOME!!!!

They always take care of us. My husband always comes here. They found six nails and three of his tires and they patched it up for free! Super nice people and always fast service too even when they are super busy! Can’t recommend this place enough!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS LOCATION-THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE!!! My husband took it for an ALIGNMENT. The mechanic got in there and started to tear stuff apart. Then, they came out to my husband and asked if he had money for a certain kit. The answer was no. WE TOOK IT UP THERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT. The mechanic got mad and didn't care to at least put our only vehicle back the way he found it!!!!!! NOW OUR STEERING WHEEL IS NOT STRAIGHT, WHICH IT WAS BEFORE THIS HORRIBLE MECHANIC TOUCHED IT!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! The tires are straight but instead of the steering wheel having a "L" for Lexus, it is an upside down V. This location is trash. If you have kids and go here to have your vehicle fixed, just know there is a large possibility that they have put you in a death trap. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!
