Stopped in today for the first time. Been in the industry since 1999 over 300 weekly clients. I like to try out new shops especially small family owned ones with small simple requests. Although the staff was super friendly things got weird over a little bolt I was after. They didn't have it in stock and would have to order it with a week turnaround. Although understandable they refused to let me have the part number over a bolt that costs a few dollars to prevent me from calling a competitor and them loosing the sale. Awesome atmosphere, polite staff but strange business practices, by far.

I’ve been going to Pregler for the last 8 years since I was 14 years old. Always have taken great care of my friends and family both commercial and non commercial. Great people to work with who give fair prices and honest advice on regular maintenance. They will not try to hammer you into buying something you don’t need or will tell you to upgrade based on what you are doing. I have no complaints keep up the good work!

Purchased a new cub cadet from Pregler. Very easy people to deal with. Had it delivered to my home for a small fee. Person who delivered the machine went over all the safety features and operations. He too answered all my questions. Used my mower after delivery and it worked perfectly.

I got my mower back. The owner was very courteous and kind. Maybe he was just having a bad day. He was much more agreeable. They also picked my mower up and brought it back to me.

I have lots of things I could say about this place.. I have given them numerous chances. I’ve bought a new chain saw from them, maintenance parts, weed eater string, etc. and for them to tell me they only give commercial discounts to customers that they recognize is beyond me.I asked the owner/manager how long does it take for them to recognize someone and he says, “well, usually twice a month”. Well this just so happens to be my second or third visit this month. I bought tune up kits for two pieces of equipment, a new head for my trimmer, and now a $50.00 roll of string for it.I didn’t even say anything. I didn’t argue with the guy. I just left. Not even worth it. The woman at the front desk is a lot more helpful. If you look at how he responds to reviews on here it will tell you a lot.

The folks that run the place are good at what they do. They have dealt square with me and I've been a customer for 3 years now. They are dependable and meet their deadlines for the yearly maintenance and if you deal with alot of yard and maintenance gear you know how important that is.

Certified Scag, Stihl and Dixie Chopper Mowers. I order my mower parts here for B & S 26 hp motor, received ordered parts within 3 days. They even pick up and deliver mowers. And service mowers here. This is the lawnmower spot for southern Tulsa area. Thanks for your service.

This is myself and husbands 2nd time visiting Pregler.Today the female on the sales floor and the female identified another male as a mechanic, wasn’t aware I was standing outside the entry way. I observed the mechanic trying to help customers but being told by the female to go back to the shop and she will take care of them. The mechanic assisted my husband told him what 2 parts he needed that was cost efficient and will probably fix the issue yet again the female told the mechanic to get back to the shop at which time she got a man to help my husband, all the while they still had no clue I’ve been watching. My husband started to talk to the man behind the counter explaining what was wrong with our mower just as he did with the mechanic, unfortunately the man didn’t like that my husband told him what parts he was going to buy and he would go with the recommendation of the mechanic not the the costly avenue the man behind the counter recommended which was bring the mower for them to look at and from what your explaining sounds like you need a new motor. My husband told him again “I will just go ahead and buy the 2 parts” your mechanic suggested. As the man behind the counter proceeded to grab the parts, he paused then turned and told my husband “HE DOES NOT LIKE MY HUSBANDS ATTITUDE AND TO GO BY THE GOD DAMN PARTS SOMEWHERE ELSE” I was appalled by the man’s behavior! They both including my husband exchanged inappropriate words back and forth and on the way out my husband stop at the female and told her! “What kind of business do y’all run here” she put her head down.We went to O’Reilly’s bought 1 of the 2 parts recommended by the mechanic $15 bucks and our mower started right up!!!! Shout out to the mechanic who didn’t try to swindle us out of $100’s of dollars.Maybe that’s why they want him in the shop and not helping customers is because Pregler will loose a ton of money.Have integrity this incident happened…… Just as I witnessed it!!!!! As a small locally business owner in the same town this situation was mind blowing.Ma’am, after reading your reply!Your mistaking my husband with the 2 men that was assisted by the mechanic 1st, who was also surprised with the aggressive service. That was while my husband was waiting on YOUR left side in a high top chair! If you reviewed your camera it shows exactly that! It would also show your 1st encounter with the mechanic advising him to return to the shop, it would then show the mechanic returning back to grab his water at which time he spoke with my husband.As a true devoted follower of Christ Shame on you……. The man behind the counter did use the lords name in vain!And once again I want everyone to know that THE MECHANIC GAVE GREAT ADVICE AND SERVICE WHICH COST US ONLY $15 BUCKS AT O’REILLY’S.
