If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Got us in right away this morning for my horse who was choking on his breakfast. Were quick to get him the care he needed and explained everything along the way. What an amazing team!! We will be coming here for all of our equine needs, emergency and otherwise. Top notch facility!

I called the clinic this morning asking for a quote for my mare who has been dealing with a lameness issue. The lady who helped me on the phone was so personable and did an amazing job providing me with the information needed and answering all of my questions! I will definitely be doing business with Pine Ridge soon!

Very nice people. Doctors are very helpful and experienced. Would recommend to try them, no bad reports from us. They really take care of your horses and keep you updated on horse care. We've had two colts delivered there will continue to use them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Pine Ridge. First of all, office team is so kind and helpful. They answered all ofmy questions prior to booking an appointment and promptly got me on the limited schedule for the Ophthalmology Specialist, Dr. Pucket. I was told he only sees horses there once a month so I was thankful to get on the schedule.Dr. Pucket and his team were incredible. While my horse is untreatable, they took a great deal of time ensuring he was not in any pain, confirming that his good eye was absolutely healthy and explaining the situation to me in detail.This is also one of the most beautiful facilities I’ve ever seen. It’s nice to see a clean treatment area and just have such a warm and inviting space. Stew the resident cat will also give you a warm welcome, he’s a great host. We had a wonderful experience start to finish.

I have encountered Dr. Carr, Dr. Doby, and Dr. Metcalf in different emergency situations and cannot recommend each of them enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, and are sure to keep the owner informed at each step. The facilities at Pine Ridge are impressive and the staff there is wonderful. We are lucky to have them close by!

The Facility and Entire Staff are amazing. Dr. McClain was amazing with our mare and also explained everything to where we could understand . We were met on Sunday night after Christmas with everyone ready to get started helping our mare in colic distress. Not local and having a long drive didn't know what we were facing was treated with nothing but professionalism and compassion for our concern and her treatment was stellar. Left her in great care and was kept up to date via phone by the Doctor on how she was progressing .

Dr. Metcalf and his wonderful staff took wonderful care of my gelding after he was injured in a pasture accident. I was pleased with the thorough diagnostics, his explanations of everything and the aftercare instructions provided for me. His staff was wonderful and treated my horse (and dog!) with great care! I was never made to feel like an inconvenience even though they worked me in a day before a holiday, which was so appreciated!

This is a wonderful hospital with staff that really cares about your horse. I highly reccomend them! Dr. Metcalf did a wonderful job on my geldings surgery.
