We have a monthly membership, but it is hard to talk to them in the office due to them being there to prewash cars. However, we have had a good experience when using the car wash, and the vacuums are powerful and free with the wash.

I get compliments all the time regarding the cleanliness of my car. I use Pat’s express car wash multiple times a week. It does make a difference.

I’ve been a member here since it opened. Recently it tore off a piece of my car. I’ve called and reported it twice and they have not contacted me.

This place is a rip off. They went up 2$ on they're price and my truck was only half clean. When going through the wash the girl working there had to run down and lift 2 of the brushes so they would go over my truck. The brushes didn't even touch my vehicle. I didn't say anything to the young girl that was apparently working by herself. I called when I got home but of course no one answered or called me back later. I called for the next 3 days and got no answer. I've noticed this place was going downhill and apparently now has hit bottom. They do no maintenance and its a bad buisness. They knowingly ripped me off and who knows how many others. They won't get my buisness ever again. Don't like a company with no morals or ethics.

Horrible company. Have tried cancelling my membership multiple times but they keep charging my credit card. They will not return any phone calls either. Do NOT get a membership there!!!’nn

Hours of operation seem to fluctuate. Will go by during posted hours on google and will be closed. Pretty annoying. Vacuums are hit and miss. Been going here for a few years and I can tell the place is starting to look neglected. A little dirty and parked cars often blocking vacuums. Awnings fraying and coming off. If it doesn’t get better soon, will be looking for new car wash.

Absolutely worst experience at a car wash. Paid $15 for an “ultimate” wash that included undercarriage and this is what the bottom of my car looks like. I came back to ask if I could get a second wash and waited ten minutes and pressed the Help button six different times before someone finally came out. He was new and said he didn’t know what to do to help me get another wash without me paying again. I asked if the other employee could maybe help and he said “he’s new too”. I asked for a manager and was told he just left and wasn’t answering his phone and the best I could do was come back tomorrow morning when they’re open.

Dear PatI’ve used your car wash since it opened. The last two times I noticed that the back of the suv was dirty after washing.Sorry Pat. For $10 I expect the entire car to be clean.

THIS PLACE TORE MY CAR UP. I've used Pat's for several years, been a monthly paid member. Last year I had a body side trim panel pulled loose, but just chalked it up to a freak accident. But yesterday I had a tail-light ripped off my vehicle. I understand this is mechanical equipment and not 100% perfect, but the attitude of the staff is horrible. They immediately went in to CYA mode. The 1st attendant told me " oh it must have been loose". It wasn't, you can see where the plastic mounts for the part were broken off as the light was pulled sideways. Then the manager tried to tell me the brushes didn't touch the tail light because I had a trailer hitch. After I told him I saw the brushes location at the moment I heard the damage, he defaulted to, "well it doesn't matter because your vehicle is more than 7 years old, so we wont do anything". Completely rude & could care less about the customer.
