This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!

Best O'Reilly experience. Staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable, bridging the gaps for excellent service so that you can get your things running. Brannon was an excellent ambassador for the O'Reilly brand.

Employees are very nice here. They help you and don't look down on you if you're still learning. Instead, they give good knowledge and advice. So much so I made this my store. By the time I am done, my car will be bumper to bumper lifetim warranty O'Reilly's.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Ordered a fuel pump because the first one they sold me was bad. Verified the order promised it would be there next day (trucks been down a week cause oreillys continues to fail) promised they’d call. They didn’t (shocker). I called. Nope. No record they placed the order. Now they say they need another two days and hope to get it by Monday. People don’t buy fuel pumps to stick back for a rainy day. They buy them because they need to get a vehicle back on the road asap. Lazy carefree staff here that don’t care about your needs.
