Zeros stars. I was looking for a place to store my trailer. It took many many calls for them to finally answer me. I told them I had cash and wanted to meet to sign a lease. we set a time and I showed up and no one met me. They waisted an hour and a half of my time. I called them with no responses. Very poor communication and management. I do not recommend at all.

Made about a dozen calls over about a year inquiring about availability. No answers. Only once did I speak with someone and they asked me to call back in a couple days as someone needed to go out and check space availability. Well, two days came and went. Called several times, even sent the email requesting space availability as per website. Never got a reply. Public storage in Tulsa has served me any my property very well. It’s secure, staff are responsive and attentive to your needs. I was just wanting to get closer to my house.

Wanted to reserve a spot, called twice on Friday during business hours and left voicemail, but no return phone call. Called on Saturday and left voicemail, again no return call. Called again on Monday...finally on Tuesday they returned my call...too late had to go with someone else.

Never return phone calls. After we moved out we kept getting a bill, which in actuality they owed us for the last month we paid for. We sent a letter and email 6 weeks before moved too. Unreal! Bill and Sandra Terry

**Updating review to reflect that I received a letter and refund for the month I overpaid. It was appreciated. Returned phone calls and better communication could have avoided the issue.** Stored a boat here for a couple years, no issue with that. However I moved the boat out recently and forgot to turn off autopay which still drafted money for the following month. I've called about 10 times over the last couple of weeks and got a person the first time, and left a message every other time. I was told they were going to look into it and call me back, but it's seems more like screening/ignoring my calls at this point. Bottom line is the $30 I'm out isn't really a big deal, but the principal of it is pretty annoying. If anyone replies to this they're probably going to say "You didn't sign a written intent to vacate." Well nobody mentioned that when I called to ask what I needed to do once I removed the boat, or else I would have done it. A disappointing end to an otherwise ok experience.
