“Opening an account was super easy and painless. The employees are very helpful and personable. They offer free checking accounts and a premium account which includes roadside assistance, phone protection and accident insurance for just $5 bucks a month. They have 2 locations in Stillwater and offer drive up tellers. There aren't many reviews on the banks around Stillwater so here ya go.”
“Normally I would not leave a review for a bank, but I have to laugh a bit at Serene's "review." First of all, you literally just told the entire internet where you got your money from and how you got the money, yet you are complaining when a bank is asking you a legit question because one of your bills turned up potentially fraudulent? I would hope you would understand that when a bill comes up as fraudulent, typically any business will immediately call the police and the police will arrest the person who was in possession of fake bill, so coming out with a marked up bill is the least of your worries at that point. Asking where the money was obtained is an attempt to locate the source of where a counterfeit bill is made or generated from; it is not insulting, it is part of an investigation, and given that hospitals are not typically sources of cash it would make sense why any teller would be skeptical of your story given that there was a potentially fake bill that was handed to them. Know that it is literally part of the bank teller's job/responsibility to make sure a bill is legit or not, and if they find it not to be a legitimate bill, especially from someone who doesn't hold an account there, then why would you believe they are obligated to take any of your other bills that seemed highly suspect given that one came up as counterfeit? :-) Onto the actual review, honestly this bank is simply one of the best, and I was very surprised to see this bank only having one review, and for it to be 1-star no less. Their hours are great, they are open until 8pm Monday-Friday, and open until 4pm on Saturday, very few banks in town seem to have these hours that are convenient for those of us who work until after 5pm. Any time I have ever had an issue with my account, their staff have been super friendly and helpful to assist in the matter and ensure that the issue is resolved quickly. It is a shame their loan rates end up being higher than others (which caused me to get a home loan elsewhere), but their location, staff, and hours make up for it.”

“Due to my job I am at this branch of Arvest 3-4 times a week. Plus any phones calls back and forth during the week. Building relationships are a huge part of business, obviously. The Staff at arvest is the reason I don’t hate going to the bank.They are helpful, They are great at communicating with me, They are genuine, and I never feel as tho I am a bother.There is no other bank that I will do business with.”
