I went in a month ago and asked if we could move our mailbox from half a block away to the front of our place. The guy there said sure he didn't see why it would be a problem and would let the mail carrier know. A month goes by and I FINALLY get mail delivered ONCE that is soaking wet, unreadable, (and highly important) along with a note saying to move the box back if we want to get future delivery. SERIOUSLY??? YOU DRIVE BY THE DANG BOX EVERY FREAKING DAY!!! Why wait a month to tell us? Why did the other person say it was okay? Does he need more training? Sounds like it. I'll make it easy on you, BRENDA, and send all my mail back on post so your work load isn't too much. BTW some of the mail you put in the box isn't even for us. Have a nice day.

Best postal service in the US. The only downside is the hours of operation. But I understand that's because they're serving a very small community

The staff here are very professional, kind, and helpful! They always have solved any issue I've had and accommodated requests. The only thing I wish was better is the hours they are open. It is a small window to try and catch someone there, especially on the weekend, but it is understandable being in the small town they are in. Overall, still some of the best USPS staff out there!
