This place would have 5 stars but they don't listen when I ask for light ice.. like they give out a snow cone with soda flavor.. besides this issue, everything else is great

Love that ICE..almost like snow cone ice and very small chunks of ice mixed,oh so perfect..the best I've EVER had!!!
