Hotel staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. You can tell that they truly love their job and are there to ensure that you have a good stay. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. The rooms have a microwave and mini fridge, which are nice amenities that some hotels omit these days. The breakfast is buffet style and has a decent variety of food items and drinks.The only issues that I had is that there is some construction going on so a lot of areas around the hotel are blocked off or closed. Overall, it was a good stay & if I ever come back to Fort Sill, I will definitely stay here.

This Hotel is on post at Fort Sill Oklahoma. The stay was 3 days and it was very enjoyable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very accessible to places on base. Our room had a kitchenette and was spacious. Highly recommended. Our trip was classified.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was a little small.Nearby activities: Bowling, PX and several restaurants in the PX.

Not quiet sure what the actual rating of the overall facility is, but 100% sure the staff is above 5-star.They’d go far and beyond to accommodate you while housed here.Personally going through a fairly tough course in Ft Sill, they do their best to ensure nothing, as far as housing, is a distraction.Yeji and Serena are also the best among the best of crew they got. Always greet you warmly with a positive attitude and smile and no matter how busy they are in the background, they’d put your needs before their busy and sometimes hectic schedule.Thank you all and looking forward to spending couple of more months here before I check out.

The gym is small and hard to find.Coffee is good.Rooms were reasonable.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Noteworthy details: Decent internet considering how many people are in the building.

There was filled trash bins in the hallway the entire time. The mattress are old and uncomfortable

I enjoy my stay every time I come here. The rooms are comfortable. Sometimes you will notice that they didnt clean behind certain things like the dressers. I found an old shampoo bottle in my bathroom which means they probably didnt clean it. Also my window was shattered on the outside and they tried to say it was my fault somehow.

As a military historian i can appreciate the fact this building is relatively the same design it was made in the 60s. My room obviously resembled an NCO/Officer Barracks room...and im not saying ita bad, its actually nice.Breakfast is good...now all this is coming from a 24 year retired vet ( i retired in 22), so no young peeps im not a gezzer yet lol. I was happy with the hotel.Think of it like this , if you wanted to get a glimpse of the past...this is a good place to check out....if youd rather have ritzy stuff then ..check off base.Ft Sill is very historic, enjoy that!Service lost a star due to an error that they put me for 1 day and it was actually 2 days. But other than that service is good..im happy.

I’ve been living here for the past few months in the winter. The staff has been amazing and nothing short of helpful. Yeji and Serena always go the extra mile helping me print out all of my slides fir class and assisted me with my transitions.

I stayed at this hotel for four months, and while many different amenities may have broke, the service never failed to deliver. They’re staffed 24/7 with very kind, friendly staff. Specifically, I felt that Yeji and destiny (?) went above and beyond to help me throughout my time here. From printing many documents to helping reprint too many lost room keys, I always felt like if I needed help, it wasn’t too far away.

Find somewhere else. Nothing in this hotel works for more than a week. Laundry room is constantly half-operable. The AC isn’t very reliable. The “business center” in Aultman only has 2 of 4 working computers, and the printers are iffy when they decide to work. A couple staff members are NOT very customer friendly. Bugs (crickets and spiders mainly) infesting the rooms. I’ve seen a couple geckos running around. Breakfast is the same foods over and over. I still have 2 months left before I get out of here. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. They’re always “working on it,” but results are few and far between.

I lived here for four months while at training on Fort Sill during the summer months. The air conditioning does not work well in any rooms, during the months of July and August my AC did not go down past 75 degrees, even at night. The washing machines meant to be used by long-term guests only worked half of the time, and only half of the machines were available at all -- the rest had out-of-order signs on them for the entire time I stayed here. The employees are friendly, however I don't think management takes care of the building and rooms very well. I also had problems with bugs in my room on the sixth floor.
