Can’t say enough about the Finance and Transportation Office, by far the most helpful and friendliest staff! They made it an easy in & out process compared to other installations that seem to give you the most difficult way forward. Shout out to Esther from the Transportation Office for helping me square away my DITY move paperwork, by far the most welcoming person!

Why is it that legal is on their own program? There is a schedule but without informing anyone they just up and sign off early.

I just left the finance and let me tell you. I don’t know if it’s the way I look or whatever the case is. I always seem to get the ones who have an attitude or is very irritable. Some help with a smile and the others have a disrespectful tone.

DEERS/ID Department: what a disaster, no management, no flow, customers ( retired , civilian, military) all waiting in line for upwards to 30 mins, then waiting hours, yes hours to be called back for a scheduled appointment, but yet the employees just wondering around chatting it up, front desk employees are clueless. NEEDS a huge overhaul of personnel and leadershipThis isn’t acceptable at any other installation, why do we allow it here? Coming from Fort Drum, NY the DEERS section wouldn’t allow you to be waiting more than 10 mins (that’s in line waiting and getting serviced with an ID) That SHOULD be the standard SOP******4700 as a whole*******Used to be the post hospital, now they just throw bandaids on it to make it the “welcome center”. Just build a new building already, to actually make it “welcoming” and redo the power so we customers don’t have to hear the excuse of “due to the power outage yesterday” for everything

Upon entering the ID Card Section, a male Representative stepped forward at the desk to assist me. While I was talking to a male Representative in Deers, Not only did the female Representative in DEERS interrupt him, she gave me wrong information, for the 2nd time. I have been professional, tolerant and patient. I request to speak to the Supervisor or the Director. The support I have received is unacceptable. Please Help!

This place is a hit or miss. People here are very bipolar; one minute/day, they are sweet and caring. The next, they give the run around (the go f* yourself).

Very very rude and unprofessional staff in ID cards department, instead of assisting a family member, they just shrug their shoulders and acted like they couldn’t be bothered more. What are they getting paid for???? They all need to be fired for the arrogant behavior of theirs.
