I bought an Xbox controller and had a 2 year warranty on it. Came back from Korea to get a new one because I have stick drift. I should have looked at the warranty sticker before leaving because the employee put the wrong color for the controller on the receipt and warranty sticker and now I can’t get a new controller. It says I bought a velocity green controller but I never owned a green controller. I have a blue camo controller

How are you gonna tell someone setting is first come first serve and then pull them off the counter and say they are out because they are reserved. Reserved for who? The workers? Why wasn't i given the option to reserve it. It's supposed to be a gift for people who pre-ordered the game

I have spent alot of time and money here. Never once have I had anything less than a fantastic time. Today I went to exchange a hard drive I bought that was incompatible with my system(my fault) and I was in and out in less than five minutes. They're always spot on with reccomendations and customer service, even when they're swamped.
