I recently had to conduct business at the Gore location in Lawton, Ok... I was greeted by a smiling energetic teller who then placed me in the very capable hands of Alex... It was at that very moment I decided to open an account at this branch.. The whole staff had smiles on their faces and were very welcoming... I believe I chose wisely with this branch. ?”
“I needed to cash a cashier's check , I do not have an account with City National in Walmart , Lawton , ok, but when I ask the young lady ( I can not remember her name ) she was courteous , and very professional, she said she would see what she could do , long story short I had to come back 3 times but she never gave up and it finally was approved and cashed . She didn't have to go through all that trouble but she did and was kind and polite every time I came in there ! I wish I could remember her name , I'm so sorry I can't , I will go back and look and leave another review ! She deserves a raise , she exemplifies customer service . Thank you again young lady .”
