With the assistance of Gary and Matilda, I was able to get everything we needed. I made the transaction over the phone and everything was great until I discovered that I had ordered the wrong sized windows! I immediately called and spoke with Matilda who not only corrected my mistake but didn't even charge me additional fees for the changes. Customer service is great! Highly recommend!”

The prices are good, especially for the kind of things that just seem to go missing, like magnetic hooks and trays or those tools you know you are going to abuse, like the screwdrivers you use for prybars or chisels.Of course, I had to grab a couple of pesky 10mm sockets on the 1/4" drive, too. We know how long those stick around.The store is a great place to get those reasonably priced, medium use tools that you can abuse without feeling guilty.”
