“I love this place got the flooring for my granddaughter's room got some great heaters I went for one went back for two more got rugs you can't beat the prices and I said that don't work and give me your money back and like some places I love the quality of the goods for the first time in a long time I got a snowman and an angel blow up for Christmas but I couldn't afford anywhere else I love this place can't wait for Halloween”

I want to send a special "THANK YOU" to Eric who is a young employee of Big Lots in Muskogee. It is very rare to encounter a young man who is a gentleman & model employee. I went shopping at Big Lots last week, I needed a case of water & a few other items. As I reached to grab a case of water Eric ran over to assist me & placed the water into my basket. After purchasing my items, Eric said, "you can pull your car to the front door & I'll bring your items to your car." I was literally stunned by him going beyond his job title to help me. I told him that God is going to bless him and I know God will do it just for me. Big Lots, I'm asking you to give Eric a raise. “Despite being a smaller store, they have almost everything you need. Well stocked, friendly staff and clean restrooms. Lose a star because there isn't enough cashiers on hand at any given time so there is always a long line and now they aren't giving cash back.”

“I ordered something online for pickup since they charge for shipping. The gentleman in charge was extremely busy when I came in but you could tell he tried his best to get to me to help. He is a keeper not too many like him nowadays.”
“Always nice and courteous when you are able to find someone that wants to help you. My most recent trip was good but previously I have been in there and the manager seemed put out to tell me where the item I needed was located. Then he just said over there by the toothbrushes, instead of actually showing me when I had said that I had already looked there and didn't see any. I was able to eventually find them though.”

“This location has a large grocery selection with fresh produce. Compared to other Dollar General stores this one was very clean and not cluttered with overstock sitting in walkways.”
