After a month of dealing with another repair shop and out over a thousand dollars i ended up on the side of the road- a friend got me going enough to get to their shop and they were able to fix what the other shop tore up and patched. Anytime i have an issue, they are my go to. They are thorough and honest and fair and dependable and fast. That’s hard to find these days, but I’m so appreciative for all their help!”

“I was visiting from out of state when my car broke down. Ricky helped me and when all the other repair shops told me they couldn't get to it until next week, he stepped up and said he could get it done within the next day. So I was back on the road home with only a day delay. We also suspected it was the alternator but he was able to determine that it was just a bad wire. He could've charged me for a lot more but was able to just replace the bad wire and it only cost a fraction of the price! “A-1 auto does an awesome job on my Durango and my Honda Odyssey. They made sure I had a dependable ride that wouldn't leave me stranded. Not like the mechanic on E. Okmogee behind an old pink brick building who kept both my batteries to both vehicles and still ain't replaced the one to my Durango so I had to tow it off. A -1 Auto is the best in town.”

I couldn't have been more pleased. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because they were very busy and a body man down so it took a little longer than it should have but we'll worth the wait”

“I have been a customer for pretty close to 15 years. I know just about everyone in there and they are really nice and exceptionally helpful. Today I noticed a new finance manager and wanted to say hi(as-once again-im familiar with everyone from service to sales). So I knocked on the door and said hi! so who are you? with a smile. He just looked up ruffled his shoulders as if how dare I bother him and said(whatever his name is-)...and that was it. No-hi, No how are you, what can I do for you, I mean nothing. Just stared at me. Not even-are you lost? Then went back to his way more important than to talk to a present and future customer work. What a jerk. This guy is in the wrong business. So I just turned around and walked away. My first thought wasn't about what a total jerk and unprofessional customer attitude he had, it was wow. I'm considering going somewhere else to buy a car next time. The first time in almost 15 years. At least fake your attitude and pretend your happy to see a potential customer....I really hope someone in upper management reads this. If I was a first time customer-my mind would have made up. I would have turned around and never came back. I do know I won't be back to buy a car while he still works there...”
