This was a very nice stop on our way to Texas. Even though it was off season the staff inflated the huge jumping bag for our grandson to get rid of some energy!!Would love to come again during the summer!

Update... the tv was a pain to get working. Roku tv. Kept losing signal and had to turn off to reset but was a nice little cabin. Had everything we needed for our stay. Fridge, coffee maker, dishes. We were there for a fishing tournament so didn't really do the beach thing. Would stay there again.

We wanted to rent a cabin but it was way too expensive! Almost 1000 bucks for just 3 nights! But we did just get day passes instead. The pizza was amazing and the staff was very nice. There was not a lot of trash but the obstacle course wasn't completely blown up all the way. We still had a nice time

We had a great time at the park itself, the park was clean, the cabins were comfortable, the inflatable water course was fun, the staff was friendly. The location was terrible. We stayed there for Labor Day Weekend and sleep was impossible to get. The park is practically right on top of the railroad tracks and the main road through town. At least five trains a night barreling down the tracks and laying on the horn and the constant loud pipes from hot rods and side by sides drag racing all night is not what I expected when I rented a lakeside cabin.

Rooms: 5 people were registered in the cottage. We had 4 forks, 1 steak knife and inefficient air conditioning. No cookie sheets, can openers or basic cooking utensils. The hose from the kitchen sink was broken and sprayed you while doing dishes. The 1 dish towel was moldy. The shower handle came off in your hand while adjusting the temperature requiring you to exit the shower to reattach and control the temp. We even had a live bullfrog in the cottage. We made memories. We will find a different place for anotherre union.Nearby activities: We had access to area pools. They were so hot and uncomfortable that a guest bought over 30 bags of ice to cool the pool. It was 102 outside and close to 100 in the pool.

Absolutely gross! Literally everything there was in extreme disrepair & there was trash littering the grounds everywhere. The play set at the playground was falling apart & so rotted I wouldn't let my son near it. The floating obstacle course was slimy and moldy and so deflated in some parts that I couldn't even walk on it for fear i'd be dragged under with it. Our cabin was outdated and dirty & the bedding was horribly uncomfortable. Even the couch was painful if you sat on it for too long. The cabin's porch had massive holes and when I sat down in one of the chairs, one of the chair legs fell through a rotted spot in the floor! There were all sorts of bones in the dilapidated firepit & both our front and back door would barely lock, leaving us feeling unsafe at night. I cannot believe this place is in operation and i'm completely baffled at why some people give it more than 1 star! You'd have to have ZERO standards to do so.

My family and I rented a "Beachside" cabin, actually cabin YC2. Our visit was 8/9 thru 8/11. Upon arrival at the location my first concern was the front door to the cabin. I have pictures should someone care to see them. The door was barely aligned well enough for the latch to connect, there was such negligence in the door itself the rest was no surprise at all. As we ventured the interior the flooring was peeling up in various locations, the furnishings looked as if they were from opening day. The cabin was full of spiders and cobwebs. The furnishings were so old and worn out it actually became painful to sit on them, it was difficult to even sit still to watch a movie. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, actually still had fecal matter on the side of the toilet bowl. The rear sliding door that exited to the dilapidated porch was difficult to latch correctly to even lock, fortunately I did manage to get it locked. The back deck was so rotted that when my wife sat down in a deck chair one of the legs went through the wood and almost tipped the chair over completely. The grounds were poorly groomed and there was trash all over. The private fire pit was so full of ash and soot and the remains of a steak, it wasn't worth the effort. The inflated lake course was slimy and not completely inflated in various sections. My wife observed kids pulling a kayak to the top of a slide and going over the other side, one of them looked to be an employee. The free wi-fi bandwidth was so poor that I had to use my smartphone hotspot to connect the tv to stop the tv from continually dropping connection. The exterior of the cabin by the front door was missing a piece of siding. 4x8 inches long. Between the lack of security and the dilapidated accommodations my family and I left a day earlier than what we paid for. It would have been far more aggravating to stay than to drive home 2 1/2 hours a day early and waste half of the 500+ we spent to stay. I did call the office and complain. I asked to speak with the highest ranking member of the management team, however I was told the person who answered was the only person available for my call. She made it seem that was more commonplace than not. It is my opinion that the general manager or management group that has onsite oversight of this location be removed and your properties receive the long long long overdue upgrades. It isn't reasonable for this location to be in business and charge any unsuspecting person to pay and stay at that park, IT'S THAT BAD. However the people responsible for marketing and getting just the right pictures uploaded for a consumer review, are doing a great job! The concept of the park being wholesome and family friendly is a wonderfully welcome prospect that has become harder and harder to find. However your client base will have expectations for the accommodations to emulate the mission.Rooms: Very uncomfortable and old furnishings.Nearby activities: Park activities are old and in disrepair. The playset on the playground was rotted and leaning. The lake inflates were slimy and parts were not well inflated, almost to the point of dangerous.Safety: Attached photo of the front door is in it's "closed" position, easily displays how unsafe it is. The sliding glass deck door wasn't much better. The deck was rotted, one of my family members sat in a chair only to have one of the legs go through the deck flooring.

Everything was great except almost every attraction was flat. Stayed flat and nobody seemed to care to inflate any of the jumpers back up. Management was lacking and wish they would have filled the jumpers up so everyone could enjoy it more. Will be back but they better have the attractions fixed.

Staff and clealiness no issues. Room maintenance definitely needs improvement for visitor's safety. I stayed in cabin 21. The ladder going up to the loft is missing a nut on the second rung from the top. Other than wood glue, the nut was the only thing securing the right side of that ladder rung. The shower water temp is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot. Hot water is scalding hot so that can easily burn a kid by mistake. The bathroom exhaust fan rattles so loud like the propeller is smacking something. Wifi is okay with fluctuating 2-3 signal bars. I understand this is camping but the issues I'm addressing are mostly safety issues.Rooms: Mentioned above.

After all the recommendations to try this place we finally booked a cabin for the weekend and my only complaint is that we waited that long to do it. Got a cute, clean cabin just a few feet from the beach that was reasonably priced and stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans as well as towels and linens. There were many activities and the inflatable water park was a big hit with all my kids. Definitely going to be back!!

Such a fun place to take the family. Very affordable. We were able to pay a small fee to bring our ice chest. Brought in a canopy, lawn chairs and a wagon at no extra cost. Canoeing is included in your admission price.Safety: Life jackets are included with admission for use
