Had a great experience getting my Grandmothers 2017 Buick Encore at Dunn. We had looked at other dealers because they advertised a too good to be true price but after their outrages fees and extras it was no deal. We should have come to Dunn first! No pressure and no nonsense! Got right down to business and it only took a couple of hours from pulling in with the old car to leaving with her new Buick! And best of all got the best price we had seen! The whole team was so nice and pleasant! Can't thank them enough!

One of the easiest car deals I've ever done. Elizabeth was fantastic and very prompt to text me as I requested. We negotiated back and forth a couple times and the deal was done. I emailed credit apps and the finance manager worked hard to match my BofA financing rate. Spent less than an hour at the dealer when we arrived to do paperwork and that included us swapping over a lot of items to the new vehicle. The dress down attire with the staff made us more comfortable as well. I will return to this dealer in the future despite it being 3 1/2 hours from home.
