Cannot get prescriptions when needed due to lack of pharmacist. The pharmacist is often not there during pharmacy hours.

Awful customer service from the pharmacy, can't transfer prescriptions apparently with 2 days notice. Only Walgreens that txt things are ready and it's still a minimum 20 min wait standing at the counter.
I'd expect this from a busy 24hr location like in Okc. Think they pay for my ER bill scene they didn't feel like doing my transfer ? Could've just said no and not lead me on under a false assumption of them actually doing the job they get (probably over )paid for ....

and I shouldn't even give them a star, they treat you as if you were stealing from them every time you go with a coupon from their own app. They are rude and almost always they don't even give you the rewards. In the same promotions that they put on.

Oakwood and garriott location - lady at the pharmacy counter was very rude , slammed the prescriptions down on the counter wouldn't even put them in a bag. All because a customer asked if they can pay for things upfront or back at the pharmacy counter. The employee lied to the customer and there was proof to back it up. Wouldn't go back to that location unless you absolutely have to.

Can’t keep a pharmacist on staff. Pharmacy is closed for 5+ days at a time. Then only opens drive-thru with over an hour wait just to get to the window.

I ordered photos and had my daughter pick them up. They only gave her half the order. She said the service was not very friendly. They found the pictures quickly and I agree the service could be friendlier.

On 1/ 24 / 22 around 11:45 am, I went in and looked around for what I needed, then asked a worker before I even got the sentence out of my mouth she replied back a NO! That's why we have it posted on the door!! Very rude. I said ok and walked away. Then I had got a few things then went to check out, that lady being even more rude says the card machine doesn't work to a elderly man, he didn't hear her, I say it doesn't take cards? She rudely says NO! Then she tells the older guy did you not hear me! I said that card's doesn't work! The machine doesn't take cards! Its posted on the door! Repeated herself to him , so rude like. Whatever is posted on the door you don't read before you come in because the door opens and hides the notices. Door opens you go in. Very rude people and I will not go back and I will tell my story to everyone I know!

They work really hard with what you have. I'm proud to call this my primary pharmacy my attitude of yesterday made me come off as not who I am and to such gracious people you guys who leave bad reviews all the time be mindful of their days in the lines of cars they have to deal with it's a whole different struggle when you come from the medical field I can relate to that on a personal level it's hard to be happy all the time so let them be human they don't need your permission I guess what I'm trying to say here is thank you all walgreens ?
