Do not recommend AT ALL. I’ve never been treated so poorly, from the way the pharmacy staff spoke to me to their demeanor. I let it go the first time or two but my last encounter there ensured I will never go back. If you want your prescriptions in a timely manner and staff that will speak to you with the same respect you are to them I suggest you find a different pharmacy because you won’t get that at this location. Truly truly sad. However, Rick’s pharmacy has been absolutely amazing since I switched there and my prescriptions Are ready with 30 minutes if that.

Do not recommend. Go to a different pharmacy. They always take forever to fill anything. They don't like to transfer any prescriptions. Took 3 days for them to fill an prescription that we absolutely needed. Wouldn't answer the phone when called. Horrible pharmacy.

Never had a problem having prescriptions filled at this location until recently. In the past when a prescription has been called in for either me or my child they have been filled within a couple hours. The last 3 prescriptions I needed filled took OVER 24 hrs to fill. 2 of those prescriptions were extremely important and needed to be started that day. I personally called and talked to a pharmacy tech to make for sure they would be ready that day (since it had already been 6 hrs since it was called in). I was told they would be ready with in the next 1 1/2 hours. They were never filled that day.

Do not use this pharmacy. They are consistently horrible and don't get prescriptions filled. Wife took our daughter to urgent care on a Tuesday at 1pm. They sent in a prescription 30 minutes later. By 5pm they still didn't have it filled and didn't tell us they were closing early tonight at 7. So our daughter has to suffer tonight with strep throat because this lousy location can't get their job done. And this isn't the first time.

Highway robbery, lady at the counter was rude, told me my rewards number didn’t work so I couldn’t get sale prices. Cost me an extra 30 bucks just to get the meds my kids needed. So disappointed in the rude dismissive attitude. I’m reminded why I normally avoid this place .Store was clean and well stocked tho

Worst customer service I've had over the phone as long as I can remember. Got transferred or hung up on at least five times and seems like no one knew the answers to my very basic question except the last lady. I definitely wouldn't trust them to give me anything related to medicine.

I do recommend but am not real happy after my experience today. Picked up pictures I ordered online got home and realized the pics were not mine. My name was on the envelope but the images weren’t mine. So I went back and the employee was not friendly at all. I explained that my envelope had the wrong pics, she took them, turned around stuck new pics in the envelope, handed it to me and walked off. She did not say 1 word to me. They apparently knew they had made a mistake, because she handed me the correct pics. I was just shocked at her lack of customer service. A “ Hey sorry about the mix up, here are your correct pics” would have been sufficient. Do better!

i never have good experiences at the pharmacy, not very friendly either.i have spent two hours waiting on a rx, plus , once they called my name to pick up , after waiting in line for at least 15 minutes told me one rx was ready but the other one wasnt, so after still waiting for at least 20 minutes decided to leave.

Went to pick up photos. No one acknowledged me. Finally when she did she was very unfriendly. People don't even say thank you anymore.

Worst Walgreens ever, tried to pickup my sons perscription at the same time mine was suppose to be ready and the pharmacist response was " i dont Think so" in a very sarcastic tone. Then they said they had to send a preauthorization to my doctor, i call My doctor two days later to find out how it's going and they never got anything from this pharmacy. When we decide to purchase my persecution without insurance it takes them another 30 minutes because they decided not to fill the script until they got word back from the insurance, but they never sent anything to the doctor or insurance, there idiots do not use this pharmacy

I shop here a lot late night on my way home from work, they carry things I can't even get at Walmart !! The staff are always nice and helpful !!ðŸ˜

Pharmacists go to school for several years to be professional. This pharmacy was adamant that my husband pick up an injection that was ordered for him. My husband thought it was his flu shot. Of course with his permission the pharmacist gave me the name of the injection. I looked it up and it is a type 2 diabetes drug. I asked them to verify with the doctor because as far as we knew my husband was not (and is not) diabetic. The young female pharmacist said the order was correctly written and signed by the physician there was no reason to question the order (other than it is labeled for adjunct use (second-line) use in type 2 diabetes. We'll come Monday when we were able to contact the doctor's nurse it was an error. Really some pharmacists should be accountants as counting peas and pills are pretty much the same thing. UPDATE Since this incident, I have had interactions with a young male and older female pharmacists (not techs) I still prefer the professionalism across the street because I know they will question questionable scripts, but I haven't had a problem since.
