they were very patient & beyond helpful when I didn’t have the shipping label attached to my email. They waited for me to contact my insurance provider 2 times@ closing time. And the next day they were just as patient and assisted me to print it out when there were several lines of customers in the office just beyond helpful & super knowledgeable. thank you ups!!! I will recommend this ups store in Enid Ok all day long!!!

Mason is the absolute best at Enid UPS! He’s incredibly kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond every single time. I use a wheelchair, and Mason always goes out of his way to assist me—whether it’s getting the door, helping with packages, or just offering a friendly smile. He always remembers my name, which makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. Mason truly makes a difference and is a standout employee. UPS needs to know what a gem they have in him!

Good luck calling The UPS Store in Enid. The correct phone number goes to a recorded message stating your call cannot be received at that time and you’re prompted to leave a message. What kind of business does that??? And when contacting the main UPS company for customer service and how to get through to this UPS Store, they do everything humanly possible to prevent you from speaking to an actual person; all you get are digital voice prompts and options until, by a miracle, I got through…to a rep OUTSIDE of the US that I could barely understand. UPS and corporate America is the very worst of business today. They’ve separated themselves so far from excellent human customer service all in the name of, take a guess…PROFITS. Ridiculous. Use an alternative shipper if possible. UPS has grown WAY too big for its own good.

I was in line behind wildcountry72 and man what a jerk. I was super impressed with the staff’s professionalism and kindness to an unhinged person. When it was turn everything went great! I hate shipping stuff but if I have to do it I do it here.

I was highly impressed with the level of customer service that this store provided. Both Amanda and Nicole were extremely polite and helpful with taking care of my situation. They kept me in the loop of the whole process which was so nice as I am not local to the area but needed someone to ship something from this store. They went above and beyond in customer service! I've worked with many UPS stores and this is by far the best I've worked with!

Charges $2.73 to print out a black and white label for shipping a UPS package. Complete rip-off. Overcharging because they're a non corporate location.
