I always get Gmail messages about packages when none are expected. This time I was expecting one so i called UPS instead of answering message [Scammers]. Lady put me on hold, 5 minutes later Robot asked how my experience was. Wrong question to ask lippy old man.

Lately been getting different drivers from my normal guy. Packages left at neighbors house and just today driver drove by while the neighbor and I was out front talking and never stopped. 10 minutes later got email claiming my address was no good from UPS. Here’s the real bad part there are only 3 houses on my block and all three of us have our address posted! It gets better-on my package above my name and address is our contact number. Giving anyone the benefit of doubt you’d think a driver whose job it is to deliver packages would at the very least call and ask for directions? My guess is he or she just doesn’t care. If something doesn’t change I’ll start using a different carrier.

The delivery driver constantly delivers my packages to my neighbor's house. Every time. I have even left delivery instructions telling them that my address is on my mailbox in front of my house. And gave a description of the house is pink and has a wooden porch and to leave it on the wooden porch. Very specific. But they deliver it to my neighbor with a brick house and concrete porch. They also need to fix the hours on the internet I drove 30 min to talk to them and their hours are only until 12. Not until 6:30. They need to get their stuff together and actually take care of their customers

The info here states you're open 3:30 to 6:30 pm additionally to your morning hours. This needs to be fixed if you're not open during this time, so customers aren't wasting their time and gas.UPS website process improvement: Add "mailbox" as an alternate delivery option so flats and small packages don't get wet and if someone can't be home to sign for their package.

Do to probably not doing enough business to give a better rating. On my visit I had no issues getting my 16 large boxes while employees where busy trying to get the trucks loaded for the days shipment.

If I could give this ups a zero out of five I definitely would. They lost a $400 package of mine over a month ago. We have been trying to either find or just get a refund for the order. The people in this center have been avoiding us and saying that their supervisor is out and they would call when he comes back… and no call. This has been the second time. The third time we come and the center is close, when the hours posted on the website says they should be open. We live an hour away so this was a planned trip that I had to take off work just to try and sort this out. You cannot call the center directly and talk to a person.
