Great selection! Perfume area by the front door stinks. Wish they would move it away from the doors. Staff are helpful and seem knowledgeable about products.

On Black Friday I had an issue with my online order so I decided to go into the store to see if they could help. They were very busy but no one made me feel bad for coming in with an online order issue. The manager that helped me (I wish I had asked her name) was extremely helpful & patient!

I was in today and there were several girls standing at the front desk that didn’t even look up to acknowledge they had customers. Then I asked about a product and they acted like they were going to die because I was talking to them. The product is actually on their website, it shows it is in-store and in stock and available for pick up today. Service has been lacking lately. Either they need to find a new manager or the manager needs to find new employees.

The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. A friend & I came in a few days ago looking for some recommendations on new eyeliners & setting sprays. We asked 2 of the staff members standing near the doors for some assistance, they looked at each other annoyed that we had interrupted their conversation. After asking for their recommendations they just pointed across the store and said "you'll find what you need over there behind the Morphe display" and then they both walked to the back of the store to giggle & talk with the the other staff in the Salon. It was a short blonde and a taller heavyset blonde. Because that was 0% helpful we ended up asking the cashier if there was anyone in the store who would ACTUALLY help us, and she took us to several different displays based on her recommendation and helped us pick out what we needed. Based on HER recommendations we spent 250$ on merchandise and left moderately happy. (She was a skinny, really pretty African American girl, in a long white sweater dress.) The original short blonde that we had asked walked up to the registers and glared at us as we were shown around.
