When I came in no body greeted me then I stood at the counter for a little bit before someone even came to help me. I purchased some shoes for my mother that were on sale. They didn't fit so I tried to return them within the 15 days return policy that was clearly listed at the bottom of the receipt. All I wanted was a store credit. The lady that helped me stated that the sale was a "sale" item and she couldn't do anything. What I have a problem with is that no where on the receipt is this information listed and there was no sign that stated "All sales final on sale items". I will not shop there again. The shoes said size 10 but fit more like a 9. Cute store though.
