Most reasonable plans for seniors, I found staff helpful BUT my biggest letdown is I have no service in North Central Kansas. Once I cross into Kansas I'm stranded.

I went in to T Mobile. Wasn't for sure if they could help me. But they stayed with me till I got the help I needed. They are great.

As I'm looking to find info on metro service, phones, trade INS, etc all the deals I've seen are expired. Do you ever update this info. If so when will you have the info for 2024?

This store employees need better training to ensure everything is confirmed and correct. Loss over $600 in rebates and had lots of account errors. New customers be aware because they will try to weasel anything out there mouth to get a commission. Will be reporting this store and so much more soon.

Great in store associates but over the phone with the help center is horrible, I now have to pay for an extra line for 3 months for no apparent reason

Awesome service! Switched to T-Mobile and they treated us very well and made it incredibly easy for me and my wife to switch and keep our numbers. We got everything we wanted plus a ton of extras for a reasonable price walked out with 2 new phones the magenta max plan and home internet! We love our service and absolutely love T-Mobile!

My entire life I've rarely have had good customer service at a phone or internet business. I have phone and internet with the mobile and I must say the service techs who work here are very Kind, consider it helpful. I've been in there 4 times in the past month and I prefer to drive from covington to get service from them instead of doing it over the phone. I always feel welcomed and for me they are always fast. Great job guys. ?

Me and my boyfriend were there to simply activate his phone, a new guy named Blake helped us but let us walk out the door without activating his number first and told us to just call 611 to get the phone activated. We did just that after we drove to the mall and the representative on the phone said he should’ve activated the phone at the store because they have to send a pin to the store in order to activate it. We drove back to the T-Mobile store and told him this to which he seemed very confused about but began doing it anyway, he was on the phone with a representative for like 40 minutes and would not acknowledge or tell us what was going on at any point during our visit. We were just standing there waiting and got no communication from him unless we asked and when we did it was always with a snarky remark. He is new at T-Mobile and so I tried to be understanding but the way he was speaking to us was inappropriate for this type of work. While we were there we also witness a man storm out of the store because his bill kept getting higher every month and nobody in the store had any answer for him as to why it was happening. We understand that poor performance under pressure plays a huge role in how they interact with people but I’ve never been to a T-Mobile store where the staff have been this ill prepared. T-Mobile should also make sure their staff is up to par before allowing them to take on tasks on their own. Don’t go here.

Creed at T-Mobile Enid was amazing! He got me switched over from a damaged phone, went the extra mile in service, and answered all my questions. I've been with T-Mobile for over 30 years, and like the cellular service and the human touch. Thanks, Creed and T-Mobile! I highly recommend!

I'm a former customer of Pioneer Cellular and went with Verizon, for 12 days that is, it was a disaster! I went in store today and with the help of Aria, got switched to T-Mobile. Already have 5G service and they fixed my texting issue, that the Verizon tech so rudely couldn't do. So glad this store is here in Enid!!!
