My truck had been to them every summer for the last three years cause they couldn’t fix my a/c blamed it on it being hot and the truck being modified. Worthless a/c mechanics. Took it to speed tech over on grand he fixed it right up. Ford did not flush the system and there was still crud in the system from the original a/c failure. Thanks for making me waste my money.

My brand new Bronco had gotten hail damage and I was so upset. I took it into Fords body shop. They were so busy because the cars in the whole town had hail damage. They promised me when it would be ready as I had a deadline I had to meet and needed my Bronco. Went and picked it up and it was perfect! It looked like it never had anything wrong with it. They did an amazing job! They had it all ready for me on the correct day and even had it all detailed! They are the best!!

We had an amazing experience buying a used truck for our sons first vehicle from this dealership. Austin was professional and courteous from the initial point of contact (phone) until the keys were in hand. They were very fair on the cost. No pressure or no frustration as we negotiated (like some dealerships). All in all, we would highly recommend checking them out.

I recently bought an F150 from Stevens Ford and I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service and the overall experience! I had the pleasure of working with Austin and Brandon through the process and they were both very knowledgeable, honest, laid back and responsive. I live out of state and their delivery driver, David, was also the man! Made sure he cleaned the car before arriving, showed up on time and communicated his arrival with me - he also didn’t pressure me for time as I inspected the vehicle and took it for a quick test drive. Overall, based on my experience, I’d highly recommend buying a vehicle from Stevens Ford!
