I just made a simple purchase of a computer mouse, got home and I couldn’t get it to work. I went back to staples and they showed me I had bought a Bluetooth mouse and not the usb kind. It was really nice of them to help an old lady which might be a simple thing to most but some of us older people appreciate the help, in this day and age there are not many friendly customer helpers out there so thank you Staples of Enid, Ok you all are doing great!!!

The Staples in Enid, Oklahoma was very helpful in getting my Amazon return taken care of. I had 5 returns, and they had a good attitude and very helpful in boxing things up and getting ready for UPS to pick everything up.

Very very poor management. Bought a product from there called and they told us to bring it back and we could exchange it and then they claimed to be closed as we got there less than 5 minutes and Mgr called 3 plp a liar and that the person never told us that we could come in and exchange the product they clearly should of let us exchange it since we was told to exchange it less than 5 minutes they had alot of plp in there

Dexter was very helpful knowledgeable he answered all my questions and helped me pick out a new computer that would work best for my needs and transferred all my data from my old one to my new one he made it a very pleasant experience….

I went in on a Saturday to buy a laptop HP. I was there trying to get some help and no one made any move to help me. Final I got someone to at least talk to me. He said he would have to get someone else to help me. I waited another 10 minutes before finally got some help. They had what I wanted on display but none in stock so they had to order it at a higher price. Finally a manager got the price that was on sale ordered. I asked if they set it up and they said they do. Just talked to them and they said it would cost $110 to set it up and they needed it for 3 days. They lead me to believe the set up was part of the cost of the computer. I will not be doing business with them again!! Poor Service!

Best office supply store in town. My favourite parts about Staples are the price matches and the rewards programme. It's also a great place to work and the management is excellent! ??
