Stylist was perfectly nice I asked for blonde that is not what I ended up with. I am very disappointed . I actually cried.Pictures include before, requested and then finished item. 280 ridiculous. 4 hrs later stylist left she had another job and said that the toner would not turn the blonde brown. Then had the other one wash my hair out and basically almost all blonde is now ash brown with greenish tint.

shana did such a great job on my chunky pink highlights! my hair was boxed dyed black for yearrrrrs, she stilll managed to lighten my ends enough for a really good pink! with light to no damage i may add. definitely recommend!

The lady I spoke with was very nice, when I had to cancel my appointment. Considering the fact I had just made it the day before and had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances, I appreciate her professionalism and courtesy. I intend to reschedule as soon as I'm able.

Will not be going back! The short lady, pretty sure her name was TJ but she was super rude to us and made my son feel very uncomfortable. She told us we couldn’t watch her cut his hair and we needed to wait in the waiting room. I would completely understand if it was busy, but we were the only ones there. Also she was talking bad about the previous customer she had in her chair before my son, completely unprofessional.

The lady with Purple hair very rude!!! She cut my hair once. I asked her question and she ignored me. I told her I only wanted my bangs, she told me twice I wanted a full hair cut, I told her wanted my hair washed and my bangs trimmed and that was it. I went again thinking she was maybe having bad day that first, sh truly is extremely rude no matter what day it is.Service: Bang trim

Will never come back. Lady with purple hair is very rude. Asked if I had to sign in anywhere and just ignored me. Later she walks over and tells me it will be 1-2hrs, with no other customers waiting.
