Dishonest, Simple as that. They will tell you they did something and they didnt actually do it. When you confront them they will make an excuse as to why they didn't or say thats standard way they do it and did the service. They overcharge for basics. They will also try to sell you on service you don't need which is sad but regular now.

The employees here are efficient, but I can't imagine how much money this place must make after sitting and listening while waiting on my transmission flush. I was quoted a little over $450 and my thinking was it must be very labor intensive, but to my surprise, when I reviewed my invoice the labor was only $72. The rest was for the BG products. I can't imagine what they put in their ATF to make it worth almost $400. I heard a quote of $75 to change a cabin air filter. Most of those can be purchased for around $15 and take about 10 minutes to install. Also heard several times employees suggesting fuel system cleaning every 20,000 miles and brake fluid flush every 35,000 miles. I can't believe the number of people who agree. I've put over 100,000 miles on many vehicles without a brake fluid change or fuel system cleaning with zero problems. There's a lot of up selling to people who don't know any better that goes on here.

Best thing is you don’t have to make an appointment to get brakes or rotors changed. It also didn’t take long for them to get my vehicle looked at and started.

We were blessed by Mike and the team here when we got a puncture in an RV tyre. Amazing service, very kind people who went over and above and got us back on the road in a couple of hours. They even dropped us and our small children to the public library while we waited for the repair. So grateful we walked into this business for help. 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible customer service, complete lack of care for my time. Oil change took almost 2 hours and I was the only customer there. After it was all said and done they messed up my AC, worked on it for an hour and still couldn’t figure it out. Said they have never seen it before. On top of all of that they talked down to me as if a women doesn’t understand anything about vehicles. I would not waste your time or money here!

As everyone has said, the customer service employess are very nice and they do look at your vehicle quickly and tell you what is wrong. However; what they tell you is NOT true. My daughter took her car there to haver her A.C. looked at. They told her one of the cords from engine to the A.C. has melted and would be $180.00 to fix. She told them she would need to visit with her mom. Thankfully, i had mentioned this to someone at work and they told me about an independant mechanic that she trust. Took her car to new guy and guess what? No melted cord. A cord had just come unplugged. The guy plugged it in, A.C. worked and my daughter was on her way in about 5 minutes and it was FREE. I can not stand/tolerate people who lie.

Folks here are always nice and quick to get a price quote when something breaks. It would be nice to have appointments for oil changes.

Very professional. Got my F150 serviced here at 100k miles with ease. One week later I had a critical engine coolant light pop up and immediately took it to them where they found I had a bad sensor unrelated to any of the work they did. They went head over heels to make sure everything was safe and I couldn't be more grateful.

Other than they tell you all the things they want to do for your car, speaking very fast while doing so, it was a good experience. I only needed an oil change, and that is all I got. They will suggest many options for you, and some people may actually need other stuff done. Sometimes, it's good to know, just in case.I will use this company again. They were very nice.
