I am writing this review out of deep concern, anger, and frustration regarding an incident involving a close friend of mine at the Enid, Oklahoma: Planet Fitness location.
My friend was subjected to repeated harassment by another member, and despite being brave and reporting the issue, the management failed to take any meaningful action to address the situation. This is completely unacceptable.
Sexual harassment is a serious issue that should never be tolerated, especially in a place that is supposed to be safe and inclusive for everyone. My friend went to the gym to focus on their health and well-being, not to be made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unsafe. It’s incredibly disheartening to see that the gym’s management chose to ignore their responsibility to protect all members from such behavior.
Allowing harassment to go unpunished sends a message that this behavior is okay, which is simply not true. It creates an environment where people feel unsafe and unwelcome, which goes against the very purpose of a gym. Everyone deserves to work out in peace, without fear of being harassed or intimidated.
I strongly urge the management to reconsider their policies and take immediate, decisive action to prevent this from happening again. Implement strict anti-harassment policies, provide proper training for staff, and ensure that all members know that harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in serious consequences.
No one should have to endure what my friend did, and it’s time for management to take a stand and protect its members. Ignoring this issue will only harm the gym’s reputation and drive away loyal members who expect better. I sincerely hope that the management takes this review to heart and makes the necessary changes to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

My family member was harassed at this gym, and instead of addressing the issue, management chose to cancel his membership. It's alarming how quickly they turned a blind eye to something so serious. If you care about your safety and being treated with respect, consider finding a different place to work out

Extremely disappointed with how my friend was treated here. Instead of addressing the harassment he faced, the gym chose to terminate his membership without proper investigation.
This isn't the kind of place that fosters a safe or supportive environment for its members. I can’t recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

I am 72 years old. I made a decision to make my life better. Had been having balance problems because of sitting in a chair all day. So I joined and payed for a whole year. Been going 3 months now and feel better already than I have in 10 years. Life is better when you start working out.
