Once again, with no surprise, my loyalty is tied to Northcutt Toyota. I traded in my Corolla for a GR86 and I couldn't be happier. My sales guy Chris got me in her the same day! And Josh helping me with the finance part was as easy as it could get. They both answered any questions and explained everything so well. The whole process was smooth sailing. 5 stars, 10/10, would forever recommend.

When everyone else told me no, they didn't. Jake and Scott worked hard and got me driving home with a 2021 Toyota Corolla and I couldn't be happier!

Took Northcutt 2 months to do a lifter job on the right head of my 2015 GMC Sierra. That's right, 2 months. The customer service rep repeatedly lied to me as to what he was doing and when things would be done (that would be Jarrod). So much so that the shop manager (that would be Steven), had to take control of the situation. When it was finally finished, they reneged on the quote and charged more than $600 more than quoted. When Jarrod called and asked me about it, I was under the influence of serious medication and agreed. When I notified the dealership and offered medical proof that I was unable to make decisions at that time, they refused (that would be Chris, the GM). So, they kept my truck two months, refused to honor the quote and are holding my pickup hostage. Yep, they have me over a barrel, but I can sure enough expose them for the liars they are. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Don't do business with people who cannot be trusted.

My daughters truck is up there right now "getting fixed" it has a no start issue and a coolant leak somewhere. The no start they ordered a battery cable and its taking them days to install. I guess they think the coolant leak is imaginary since they can't find it. The truck goes through a gallon of coolant a week so it's going somewhere. We have had a really good experience with janzens so we will taking the rest of our business there. The Dean guy at northcutts is rude and doesn't seem to have the slightest idea of what's going on. Also they won't allow you to talk to the mechanics which is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard in my life. The dodge house actually brought the mechanic into the office to talk to me about my chrysler last year. And janzens had the mechanic call and talk to us when we had the lifter issue fixed on our gmc yukon 3-4 months ago.
