Me and my sister went to Natural Nail for the first time, and the experience was okay. The staff was really sweet, and the guy who did our nails was super friendly—he even offered us drinks and made us feel welcome, which I appreciated.
That said, there were a few things that could’ve been better. While doing my nails, he was listening to Facebook Reels and swiping through to the next one, which made it feel like I didn’t have his full attention. He was also answering messages while doing my sister’s nails, though he did put his phone away afterward. He was very talkative with my 15-year-old sister, but with me, he was quiet and more focused on his phone.
At first, I thought my nails looked fine, but later my friends—who are more experienced with getting their nails done—pointed out that a few of them were crooked. I hadn’t noticed it right away, but once they said something, I couldn’t unsee it.
The salon has a nice vibe and kind staff, but because of the lack of attention and the crooked nails, I might not go back.

I've been to nail salons all over Enid and OKC and Lee at natural nails is my fave! They are super friendly, fairly priced and genuinely nice to visit with during my requested services.

My granddaughter got yellow gel polish Thursday and the gel already came off of her toes. Spent $45 on them to get a pedicure. I’ve been going here a long time and I was disappointed this time🥲

Don't go here. WAYY over priced, they had a guy do my nails, who I think was the maintenance man (he kept getting up and doing things) , he obviously didn't know what he was doing. So I had to switch people cause they were so bad. Then they wouldn't take card and as I'm walking up to the front to pay the guy gets right up in my face and snatches my money right out my hand. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

Short staffed. They lie about the wait time -- just be honest. Pedicure quality is inconsistent since Kayla left. Sloppy polish job, nails uneven. The cleanliness is questionable. Last time I visited, a week ago, it was extremely cold and uncomfortable in the shop. I used it as a last resort this past time bc my usual location was closed... I won't even use it as a do that again. They overcharge, especially for the quality you receive. Take my advice and steer clear.

I truly wish this owner Sophie knew how much business I bring her with my clients this place has been my go to for a lot of people that ask where to go I say here until today when I had my own nails done by the owner who was rude the entire time and I left with my nails
Like this …. I called and was quickly told by a very nice man name Kevin to come back and they would soak it off but I could not due to work . I’m really saddened by the fact I was treated so mean by the owner and I’m a pretty happy person so I don’t get it and it was wrong . This pic was directly when I left .
