Metro by t mobile the employees there are incredible they went above and beyond there duty's for me in my opinion they should be commended and gave a raise they r incredible and I appreciate there help Samantha, Hope and Mayra were awesome.

I WORKED WITH A GENTAL MAN THE OTHER DAY AND HE HAD THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! HE WAS WELL SPOKEN AND VERY HELPFUL AND HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND THAT I LEFT HAPPY. HE DID HAVE SOME TROUBLES WITH A MAN BEFORE ME WHO MAY HAVE BEEN CRAZY OR HAD A PROBLEM OF SOME SORT. HOWEVER THE YOUNG MAN IN THE STORE I THINK HIS NAME WAS CHARLES DIDNT KET THAT DETER HIM FROM HIS JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND METRO AND IF YOU GET THE OPPORTUNITY WORK WITH CHARLES IF YOU CAN

While spending two full days at this location attempting to port my account from T-mobile to Metro and after not being able to activate the phone I was buying I handed the sack with the phone back to Charles which he took and I asked for my refund and he refused. I was told by Charles that their card reader was not working and so the only form of payment I made was $155.00 Cash. So I had to leave the store with no merchandise, products or ever having service and no refund. Charles believes since he spent the time trying to activate the phone I had hoped to purchase he is entitled to keep the $155.00 cash. I am retired on a fixed income and even overdrew my bank account in order to give cash to Charles who also refused to provide me with anything whatsoever such as invoice, receipt, contract or hand written piece of paper. So again I ask for my cash back and he refuses stating reason was because he spent time trying to activate the phone he took back from me. This my most insane experience ever with a retailer, but let me end with this, the battle has only begun.

We received the greatest customer service ever from the Manager Charles! He really helped us out with everything we needed! Hard to find good service these days. We really appreciate it and will be referring anyone his way!

The experience I have had has been exceptional from Hope, Taylor, Samantha, and Charles. When looking for a new provider I received good referrals for this location. Every referral had nothing but great experiences! It has been a pleasure to work with each person here. These employees should be teaching great customer service to other businesses. And, I have a wonderful new phone too!

The prices were OK, but the service w/Hope was the absolute worst. Had no sense of humor, was rude, refused to program my new phone. When receiving change back she refused to convert 5 pennies into a nickel. Horrible attitude and to top it off she was less than than professional..

If you own your phone, it's the way to go. Cheaper, has no stupid contracts, and T-mobile cell coverage is the best. I've had pretty much all of them. No 5-star, because all cell phone plans are too expensive.
