I like is mostly. One employee acted like they didn't want to do anything extra step on activating a new phone, but everyone else has been great.

Metro by t mobile the employees there are incredible they went above and beyond there duty's for me in my opinion they should be commended and gave a raise they r incredible and I appreciate there help Samantha, Hope and Mayra were awesome.

We received the greatest customer service ever from the Manager Charles! He really helped us out with everything we needed! Hard to find good service these days. We really appreciate it and will be referring anyone his way!
