Seem to be very friendly but have not received the air mattress for the lady I care for and it’s been 3 weeks it’s being shipped I guess but no tracking number. The top of her air mattress she currently has is flat and she is on bars they also reply to reviews but can’t get a return call

Do not go to these people unless you no other option. I've been given the run around 3 weeks now to just get a walker they always have excuse for not getting to me.

Worst experience ever!!!!! I've been waiting for almost a year for a cpap machine.... They never called me the first time they got machines in. I have called monthly for almost a year. Got new insurance. The past three times I have called. I gave them my new insurance info. Today I call. They finally have some machines. They ask for my insurance AGAIN.... Logh and behold they don't take it. So I've waisted almost a year without the cpap machine I need and now I have high blood pressure all of a sudden.... Do not buy from them and if your doctor sends you to them ask to go somewhere else. Totally ridiculous.......

Worst oxygen supplier think they’re God like to play with peoples lives my doctor and myself have jumped through hoops for them then trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator for a couple of months now they kept telling me my insurance hadn’t approved it yet so I call my insurance company and my insurance company said that they hadn’t denied it so they call Lincare and they tell my insurance company they need a letter from my doctors office saying that It is medically necessary for me to have a portable oxygen concentrator I’ve had to cancel my vacation because I can’t take tanks with me where I’m going I also work in a hotel where I’m around gas dryers which isn’t safe to have tanks around and still they have not approved me for one my insurance is not denying me my doctor is not denying me it is Lincare So I guess because I have COPD they expect me to sit at home and use their concentrator and slowly die without seeing anything of the world that’s why I say they like to play God

Absolutely horrible experience and complete lack of customer service. Stay far away if you can. Sent in bi-pap machine to be repaired in March. When we called to get a status update, they said it had been placed under someone’s desk and forgot about. To this day, we still are using a loaner machine and have not received the repaired device. Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience started July 2019 when my dr sent over script for cpap. I called lincare that day and was told someone would get back with me. I waited a week and then went in there asking when I’m suppose to get my cpap. Timothy the manager found my file on his desk in a pile. I was forgotten. So they fixed me up that day. This past feb my auto ship stopped. So I’m told I need a new script because my insurance changed. So I make appt with my dr and thought it was dealt with. I let local office know and they went ahead and gave me what I needed. Now we are in June and I still don’t have my shipments. I was told by that office my acct was locked! I’m auto ship auto pay! I call local office and was told the script wasn’t enough! Why in the world wasnt my Dr or myself notified? So the local office girl said she faxed my dr what they needed. Here it is august and still I’m still locked up. So I call last Friday and she said she would have Timothy call me when he gets back from lunch. He never did. They don’t follow up , they don’t return calls and they don’t do what they say they are going to do. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t wait to find another supplier. Even my dr office is shaking their heads over all this nonsense.

came here because they were just a few blocks from home.wrong mistake, f their mouth is moving they are lying. yes, we have your machine and the medicine is cheaper. funny, dont have medicine till monday and this is friday p.m. they probably dont have the machine either. will not happen again.

Takes forever to do anything. Then way overcharges insurance...... And expects you to pay the remainder. Charged insurance $700 for supplies could have got offline with "cash" for $54. Then turns around and bills me $34 for an item I said was incorrect to begin with. Lady said, "that's what we got now try it. If it don't work we will get you what you need!" Called her following following week informed her of it. Said she'd work on it. Probably be following week. Next week, oh my boss is out. Next week holiday. Next week trying to get caught up. Next month received the bill.??? Called and informed them I am not paying. Today received a past due notice! Smh worst customer service ever! Enid is horrible for customer service, but this place tops the cake!!!
