I am a loyal customer at jiffy trip ponca city oklahoma i go there every morning at 5 AM to get coffee. And buy fuel, it's so discouraging when I go to get the coffee you're always out of half-and-half and cream. They say the supplier just can't supply.

I have never been charged a dollar to get ice in my own cup. But have been informed the corporate has changed the rules here in waynoka and there is no way to reach corporate through a phone number through email or any other way nobody ever responds.

I would like to put a grievance in for Calumet jiffy trip as a previous employee. I was recently terminated and I've been there for 3 months . And I' was terminated for not iding a secret shopper. But I was witness to many other employees that didn't id and I would like to know why they are not terminated.

If I could give negative stars I would. It seems this chain has a habit of hiring employees that don't know their place and can't keep it professional. They seem to focus more on trying to screw their customers than doing their actual job.

I went to get farm fuel, I went in to store filled out all the information for my tax exempt farm use, at the pump I purchased 436 in fuel, I went in the store to get my tax removed off my total bill, the checker added 44 in tax to my bill, so I explained you don’t add tax to fuel. It’s added in at the pump, please remove my exempt tax. So the checker removes the 44 dollars she added and told me she done it, I tried to explain no you just took off what you added on. I left and took it back to the manager and all I got was I will email it to the office. I don’t know much about this. Still haven’t heard a word

Went in and got one small bowl of food. Waited an hour and 20 minutes while people, before and after me, got all of their order, some with huge bags of food, while I sat and waited for my food. After the lady finally called my number, I didn’t even get a “thankyou” or “sorry for the wait.” Nothing... I’m obviously not getting any food from there again because it wasn’t even worth it. Horrible service to everyone there. Even overhead others complain.
