I’ve purchased several items from them and I’ve been happy with them all. They’re always friendly with me and will negotiate on prices of things based on condition. (Minor dents and such). They even helped us carry out our items and load them up. Definitely recommend.

Discounts on online returned items, condition varies. Items lack price tags, you must negotiate with worker. Prices are not that much marked down. You can buy a crate of returned things so you can rummage through yourself. It's a weird car-salesman/garage-sale vibe.
