It is the largest in the area and has way more stuff than competitors, with more than 70,000 arts, crafts, custom framing, floral, home décor, and seasonal products. The store is spotless, immaculate, and beautifully merchandised with all shelves packed and neat. It is always clean and organized with shiny flooring and all light bulbs lit. While generally having what customers need, the selection for specific items like model train pieces can sometimes be limited. The staff is impressive; employees obviously care, are available to help, and always have time to greet and smile at customers. The store is well managed, providing a good selection at good prices and allowing for quick visits. It is a gorgeous place that helps make creativity a reality.
