We have used the Groom Closet for grooming and boarding. Our German Shepherd LOVES her friends there. She is always treated well when she stays and always comes back smelling great and looking wonderful when we choose to groom. They treat Ruka like she's part of the family. That's what I love most about taking her there. I never feel bad for boarding her when we take her to the Groom Closet.

My family have taken our pets here since they opened back in 1979. they have always been polite and have often helped out with short notices. I myself have taken every dog I've had here at some point or another for bathing, nails, and/or for boarding and I've never had any issues. my girls are always excited to see them when they go, and are just as happy when they leave. I would recommend them every single day.

Well Id say it was good considering I’m a groomer there !!! We work really hard every day for the pups there sometimes it’s hard but not because of the pups but because the costumers don’t really understand the process and how hard it can be if they don’t bring there dogs when there supposed to , to be groomed !!! And are regular customers they are great

Took my pets here for years and was very pleased. However recently called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude on the phone. It was upsetting.

If you own huskys don’t go there they charge you for stuff they didn’t even do and stated (it’s on your receipt) yet still charge you never going back

I took my eight year old Yorkie/Chihuahua mix and they took great care of her. She looks and smells amazing, her nails are nice and short, her ears were cleaned, and she came back with a cute little bandana!She was nervous when I first dropped her off but everyone up front was nice to her and she calmed down. She was relaxed when they brought her out to me and so excited to see me.I will definitely be returning next time Cricket needs a haircut!
