My husband and I both got cuts today and we had great experiences. The ladies did amazing jobs on our hair and helped us to be able to maintain the styles going forward. It was an awesome experience we will definitely be going back.

Checked in on line - arrived at the location and had to sit and wait 20 min. Screen said I was up next for all that time, so I was fine waiting. Then a customer left and they called someone else (the 2nd in line) and suddenly the app said I would wait another 20 min.
