I paid for 2 day shipping TWO DAYS. I was then updated that my package would arrive Tuesday. That's 7 days not two. This morning I woke up to it being delayed until FRIDAY! I chose two day shipping for a reason!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE

You all delivered my package and set it next to the mailbox right next to the dirt road where anybody could pick it up. I watched them drive onto the property all the way up to the house but delivered the package to the mailbox afterwards. Unacceptable 👎.

The Worst Postal Service possible. Didn't even knock on my door and took the packages back with them. They were a priority item I needed and now I have to wait til tomorrow because the Driver didn't know for me to sign for them.

We recently had a fedex driver feed a package to our dog. Be careful who you pay to ship your package because these guys don’t care about what’s inside.

Worst customer service I've had over the phone as long as I can remember. Got transferred or hung up on at least five times and seems like no one knew the answers to my very basic question except the last lady. I definitely wouldn't trust them to give me anything related to medicine.
