Not giving them my business EVER AGAIN! I have been renting from Enterprise for YEARS, but when I broke down in Woodward, OK with no way back to Washington State, I reserved a car both with customer service and online. After spending a weekend since NOTHING is OPEN on weekends an after hitch-hiking before crack of dawn for almost 2 hours to get to my reservation here in Enid, OK, they refused to rent the car b/c of OUT OF STATE LICENSE and NO CREDIT CARD! I feel the real reason is b/c it is a ONE-WAY trip, not ROUND-TRIP. Didn't have this problem before , and technically where i live in WASHINGTON State and where I have picked up many,many rentals before is in Portland, OR so technically their out of state license rule with no credit card IS A BUNCH OF BULL! I think its b/c of the trip and .some discrimination of my person. and beliefs, I even spoke with the manager explaining I have Full Coverage Insurance proof on my phone, been banking with the same bank for over 10+ years but still NO GO! My brother in law called too and tried to pay for the rental..I am sorry but look all the people who are seriously in DEBT b/c of credit cards-I never needed one before EVER until today. As of now I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else for a rental car, and word of mouth goes far......

I rented a car for a week, drove to Iowa and back, the car was not good it was a hundyai elentra great on gas, problem came with the manager at office, he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder or something else wrong, wasn't on his "A" game that day,, and then the return was even unpleasant. Told them of the issues with the car and its like they didn't want to believe me about the service light coming on. Then the younger gentleman asked how was the experience and I told him that cooperate can call me. Now the Area manager called I expressed my concerns and problems with my rental. Hopefully they get back to the way enterprise was. Sorry for such a long review.

Great car love the trip went to Stillwater then okc then Pawnee and back to Enid and it only needed $26 worth of gas people are friendly and nice also

Needed a rental to get to OKC to pick up another vehicle. Was told when I got there after making a reservation that the location was not doing one-way rental's despite the destination being only an hour away. Staff was not rude but totally uninterested in helping me with the situation they had created. Also witnessed them giving another family a hard time for wanting to pay with debit being from out of state? Policies don't seem to make sense and really not serving the customer at all. Only other option in Enid is UHaul and it was worth the $50 more to have someone interested in helping you.

I want to compliment this location. We booked a car and they were out of cars and they called very promptly to let us know. The Enterprise in OKC still hasn’t called and isn’t answering their phone. While I wish this location had the cars that their website allowed me to reserve (isn’t that the point of a reservation?) I’m grateful that they communicate quickly and clearly.

I am very dissatisfied and disgusted. I made an online reservation for the car a few days before pick up. On the indicated day, I went to the showroom to pick up the car, I had the booking number and confirmation. The gentleman checked everything and said sorry but the car is on loan until next week and he won't lend me anything. I did not even get any information that the car would not be there and that I would not come. Very rude and unprofessional service.

Business or pleasure consistently for many years without fail have provided safe wheels for me no matter where or when I need your services I have always been pleased from making the reservation to the pick up to the drop off, all hassle free. Special shout out to Kevin at the okc international Airport for the dodge charger you got for me last week

Thank you to Johnna Thomas for the great service from the day we picked up our car and when we returned it. Also, to the gentleman that gave me a ride home after I returned the car. This place has really turned their customer service around for the best. Thank again!!!

Rented a vehicle, went to pick it up and was told "oh sorry, the one you rented needs new tires so you have to take the small vehicle". If I had a plane to catch or rented it it for a family vacation I would not be going because of this. Fix your vehicles before renting them out. I now have cancelled some work events due to not having the room to load what I need in the vehicle. Good luck getting what you reserve.

Terrible experience. They took my money ($1500) before they had all of the documents that they apparently needed, then told me they couldn't rent the vehicle to me, then told me it would be five to seven business days before I got my money back, then told me to leave the premises because I was upset that they had my money, leaving me stranded, unable to go on my vacation which had already been booked and paid for, and also unable to pay for alternative transportation to reach my destination because of the fact that they had taken my money. Very unprofessional and shocking behavior from this business.

Terrible! I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting and they ended up saying they’d ‘call me back’ before they charged my card for anything and never ever called back. Twice. Then guess what? They charged my card! Terrible customer service to mess with people’s money behind their back. Worst experience ever and I will never rent from them again.

So I rented a car through my insurance. These guys lied about when i could pick a car up. Then charged me for no reason. Take your business elsewhere.
